Get found. Win the job. Without paying a tech consultant.

A done-for-you website, Google Business Profile and reviews engine for NZ tradies. Three to four-person crew up to a fifteen-strong outfit. Built fast, priced like a tool not a consultant, and we will tell you straight when you do not need any of it.

sound familiar

What we hear from tradies all the time.

  • The phone has gone quietWord of mouth is patchy this quarter and there is nothing in the diary for next month.
  • The website your mate built does nothingIt looks alright but it does not show up on Google and nobody ever calls from it.
  • The job system is eating your cashFergus or simPRO at $250 to $400 a month when ServiceM8 or Tradify at $79 would do the same job.
  • Reviews are a chore you never get toYou know they matter but asking customers for a Google review at the end of the job never happens.
  • You pay for ads that bring tyre kickersThe previous mob set up Google Ads, you bleed $40 a click, and the leads are not in your area or your trade.
  • 9pm paperwork is killing the weekendsQuotes typed up after dinner, invoices fired at midnight, GST scramble every two months.

the get-found package

One door, one retainer, one upsell only when it earns its keep.

Three pieces. Two we recommend most tradies start with, one we add only when there is a clear reason to.

01

Tradie website

A fast mobile-first site built around your trade and your town. Trust signals, the work you actually do, a phone number that calls in one tap, a contact form that works. Live in two to three weeks.

One-off, $1,800 to $2,800. No monthly to us for the site itself.

02

Get Found monthly

Google Business Profile set up the way Google rewards. A reviews-request engine so customers actually post, not just say they will. Local SEO tidied so you turn up for your trade plus your town.

$150 to $400 a month. Framed as more jobs, not more admin.

03

Google Ads (on request)

For when you want to turn the tap on. Tight geo targeting, your trade and the exact jobs you want, real keyword work not autopilot. Paused the moment the diary is full.

$300 to $500 a month management plus your ad spend. Optional, not the default.

the bit nobody else does

Right-size the tool. Pocket the difference.

Most three to four-person crews are on the wrong job-management tool. Fergus or simPRO at $250 to $400 a month, when ServiceM8 or Tradify at $29 to $79 would do exactly what you need.

We will look at how you actually work, recommend the cheapest tool that fits, and migrate you across. The migration is $350 one-off. The saving is usually $150 to $250 a month, forever. The fee pays itself back inside the first month and we get nothing from the software vendor either way.

  • ServiceM8 from $29 per month, unlimited users
  • Tradify from $29 solo, $120 to $240 for a small crew
  • Fergus per user, $200 to $280 for four
  • simPRO $200 to $600 plus setup, built for ten-plus crew
  • We do not resell any of them

the glue

Small custom builds that bolt onto your job system.

Optional add-ons for tradies who want a specific bit of friction gone. None of these replace your existing tool. They make it stickier.

A

Photo or voice to quote

Snap the job on site or talk into your phone, get a draft quote in your job system inside an hour. Less time at the kitchen table at 9pm.

B

Compliance expiry tracker

CoC, gas certs, electrical certifications and ticket renewals tracked in one place, with reminders that fire before they expire and before you get fined.

C

Auto debtor chaser

Polite reminders that go out on a schedule so you do not have to ring people about money. Tuned to how you actually trade, not a generic template.

what it costs

Published. No surprise day rates.

Two of the twelve NZ IT firms we scanned publish any pricing at all. We publish ours because tradies do not have time to chase a discovery call to find out if you can afford it.

  • Tradie website, $1,800 to $2,800 one-off, or rolled into a 12-month plan
  • Get Found monthly, $150 to $400 per month, no minimum term
  • Google Ads management, $300 to $500 per month plus your ad spend, on request
  • Right-size the tool, $350 one-off migration, fee paid from the monthly saving
  • Custom glue builds, quoted up front, fixed price, you own the result

why us

Independent. Local. Real person on the phone.

Most NZ IT firms either resell software (so the advice bends), advise without building (so you still need someone else to do it), or run a ticket queue (so you never speak to a person). We do all three pieces ourselves and we sell none of the tools we recommend.

We are based in Lower Hutt. The mobile rings. We will tell you when you do not need us, that is the whole pitch.

  • Lower Hutt based, real person on mobile
  • Independent, no software reseller margin
  • Pricing published up front
  • Built around your trade, not a generic template
  • We will tell you when you do not need it

common questions

Tradie questions, answered straight.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Usually no, and we will tell you. If your current site loads fast on a phone, ranks for your trade in your town, and is bringing in calls, we will say so and look at the Google Business Profile and reviews instead. If it is a five-year-old WordPress that is slow, dead in search, and a pain to update, a rebuild pays for itself in extra calls.
What does a tradie website cost with iterate?
$1,800 to $2,800 one-off for the build, sitting between the cheap template guys and the boutique studios. You own the domain, the hosting account and the content. No lock-in, no monthly to us for the site itself. If cashflow is tight we can roll it into a 12-month payment plan.
Will I rank on Google?
For your trade plus your town (eg. plumber Lower Hutt, sparky Porirua), yes, that is what Get Found is for. We set up Google Business Profile properly, get the reviews engine ticking over, and tidy your local SEO. National terms like just plumber are a different fight and we will not pretend otherwise.
Do I need Google Ads?
Most three to four person crews do not, at least at first. The free Google Business Profile + reviews does most of the heavy lifting. Ads make sense when you are chasing a specific job type or a quiet patch and want to turn the tap on for a month. On-request only, never the default.
I am on Fergus or simPRO and it is bleeding me. Can you help?
Yes, and this is one of our favourite jobs. We migrate small crews off Fergus or simPRO onto ServiceM8 or Tradify, whichever actually fits the way you work. A typical move is $350 one-off and saves $150 to $250 a month forever. The fee pays itself back inside the first month.
I do not want to be sold software I do not need.
Good. That is the whole point. We are independent and we do not resell anyone, so there is no kickback driving the recommendation. If you are on the right tool we say so. If you need something cheaper we say so. If you need nothing at all we say so.
Where are you based?
Lower Hutt. We work across Wellington, Porirua and Upper Hutt face to face, and remotely for the rest of NZ. A real person picks up the mobile.

start a conversation

Quiet diary, or a phone that never stops, we can help.

Tell us your trade, your area and what is hurting. We will give you a straight answer fast about which of the three pieces actually moves the needle and which can wait. Often the first call is twenty minutes and we tell you to do nothing yet. That is fine too.
